FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHO ELSE IS ON STAFF?

Current and former ISU men’s & women’s basketball players, as well as other area coaches including HS, college, and youth coaches will be on site to coach.

WILL A TRAINER BE ON SITE?

Yes, there will be a licensed athletic trainer on site. However, we will not tape ankles. If you require ankle support, please wear & bring your own braces.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cancel prior to 30 days, you will receive a 50% refund. Anything after that, we will not be able to provide refund.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?

Athletes should have athletic gear, including basketball shoes. The facility has water fountains, but we encourage athletes to bring their own. All athletes MUST bring their own basketball with their name largely written on it. A strong work ethic, coach-able attitude, and a desire to improve!

CAN WE GET MORE AUTOGRAPHS OR PICTURES?

Each athlete will have a beautiful, individually signed 5 x 7 picture with Georges printed by the end of camp. Due to the high demand, there will be no additional pictures or autographs allowed. If you are an observer, you are welcome to stay and take more pictures, but we ask that you not approach Georges so we can stay on schedule.

WILL WE RECEIVE ANY REMINDERS / COMMUNICATIONS PRIOR TO?

Yes, 2 weeks before the camp an email will be sent out.

IS THERE A WAITING LIST?

Yes, should there be a need, we will create a waiting list and notifications will be made when personnel cancel if a spot opens up.

WILL ADDITIONAL PICTURES BE AVAILABLE?

Yes, Kellie Welter of Totally Twisted Sisters will be taking pictures of the athletes all day and posting them to a free downloadable site post-camp.

WILL THERE BE OTHER GEORGES NIANG CAMPS?

No, this is the only slated camp for 2018. Naz Mitrou-Long will host a camp on June 8th, and Lyndsey direct camps for All Iowa Attack, hosting 4 in Summer 2018. LyndsHoops also runs the Naz Long Camp on June 8th.
